Boston Bay offers FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders. All shipments are insured and risk-free. We fully insure your package from the moment it leaves Boston Bay to when it arrives at your door.
Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it. In addition to our standard 30-day return policy, all items purchased between Nov. 1, and Dec. 15, are eligible for extended returns or exchange until Jan. 15.
After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
